This bi-phase eye and lip remover gently removes makeup, including waterproof makeup whilst also gently cleansing the skin. To use simply shake to activate, apply a little to a cotton round and hold over eyes for a few seconds to allow the oils to break down the makeup before gently sweeping away for a clean finish.
