Nike's V5 RNR cuts a chunky low-top shape over a breathable mesh upper, with lace-up fastening that holds your foot steady. An Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate midsole and insole sit beneath a taller 35.4 mm heel stack, so there's proper cushioning underfoot without much weight behind it. At 354 g, you'll feel how light the build stays.

- Heel shock absorption of 121 helps soften landings underfoot
