C.P. Company x Mackintosh

In this unique collaboration, C.P. Company combines centuries-old Scottish craftsmanship with Italian sportswear innovation, reinterpreting the iconic Mackintosh Coat and legendary Goggle Jacket in fine bonded cotton. The coat and the Goggle Jacket embody the balance between Mackintosh’s artisanal excellence and C.P. Company’s technical vision, through a functional and contemporary language. Since 1823, Mackintosh has set the benchmark in bonded cotton craftsmanship - a technology developed and patented by the brand that combines two layers of cotton with a thin layer of natural rubber, creating a fully waterproof yet breathable fabric. Once the fabric has been cut into the correct patterns, each panel is sewn, and sealed by hand with a special rubber-based solution, while the exposed seams are reinforced with water-resistant tape, applied and pressed manually. Still handcrafted in Scotland, this process remains a symbol of precision, expertise, and timeless artisanal quality.
