Jac

Store Manager

I've been with the company for 15 years. My first role was ladieswear department manager leading a team of 12 staff. Within a year I progressed onto store manager and I'm currently store manager of the Glasgow flagship store, leading a team of 50.

I love my job! No two days are the same; over the years I have built up a very strong, loyal client base who come from all walks of life. I manage a Cruise fashion show each season and attend many charity functions.

I feel privileged to work with and wear the worlds top designer brands and have been involved in buying trips to Milan and Florence.

Jon-Paul

Store Manager

I first joined the company six years ago where I started out as an ASM of Tucci, which is one of many of the company’s stores.

I worked hard developing my leadership and management skills alongside other committed and hardworking individuals and I am now Store Manager of Aston.

Retail work is ever changing and each day is different. Customer service is at the heart of the company and is something which I hold at the cusp of my profession.

The most rewarding part of my job is training new staff and watching them grow and progress within the company, just like I did.

Elaine

Sale Assistant

I Have now been working for Cruise for over 7 years, after they acquired my previous employer Limeys, a Midlands based fashion chain.

I started on a part time contract at Cruise for Women Derby for six months after moving down the street to the menswear store where I was offered more hours and I've not looked back since.

I have always had a deep passion for fashion and loved my designer clothing and Cruise helped me to turn this into my career.

With Cruise's focus on high-end, luxury fashion and attention to detail I cannot help but feel at home within the store and have developed great friendships not only with my colleagues but my customers too!

My strong belief in the power of good customer service along with the training and development provided at Cruise has allowed me to deliver the ultimate, personal shopping experience to my customers.

Despite only being a part timer, Cruise has given me numerous opportunities to develop, my hard work and effort has led to becoming the store liaison for Derby County Football Club and other corporate partnerships, this involves fitting suits for footballers ;) , organising events and working closely with the marketing team at Head Office.

Jordan

In October 2013 I progressed to Assistant Manager in Tucci Metrocentre and I'm currently enjoying the challenges that come with being part of a management team in a larger store.
